Where are you based? Can we meet in person?
Symphony Core is a remote team. We’re a Connecticut company with team members in the US and India, and we meet every client by video call. That’s how we work with businesses across the US and internationally.
How long does setup take?
Systems are operational in 30 days.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, with no long-term contract. You sign a service agreement when you start, and either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds once we have started work, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. Work starts at your kickoff call or when you give us access to one of your systems, whichever comes first. If you cancel before then, your setup fee comes back in full.
Texts, calls and emails the system has already sent for you are never refundable.
