Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from buying software?
Software gives you the tools and leaves the setup to you. We do the setup, the strategy and the ongoing work, so the system runs whether or not you have time to manage it.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers configuring your account, building your website, setting up your automations and your onboarding training. Higher plans include more advanced configuration and templates.
What are credits?
Credits pay for usage: the texts, calls and emails the system sends for you. Each plan includes a monthly credit amount. Unused credits do not roll over. If you use more than your included credits, the extra usage is billed per use.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, with no long-term contract. You sign a service agreement when you start, and either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice.
How long does setup take?
Systems are operational in 30 days.
